Thanks for taking a peek at my website. As you've probably realised by now, my name is Jerom Fischer and I am a filmmaker. As such, I like to create things myself. So apart from directing my own films I usually also conceptualise ideas, craft sets, build installations and edit my work.
In my films I'm always looking at ways to add a certain degree of craftsmanship to each project. This often leads to highly conceptual and labour intensive films, but always with a distinct style. My portfolio is abstract, it's visual, and I really like patterns and repetitions, therefore a lot of my work is made in close collaboration with music(-makers).
As of 2023, I started a studio called GAIIA. This studio is a way for me to expand and explore the world of visualisation. Be it for music, brands or expositions.
